Lat shipment, lying, poor customer service

I made the mistake of ordering 2 cricket phones for my daughters for xmas. I placed this order on 12-20-08 with the promise from a customer service rep that it would be here in time for xmas. My credit card was charged on this date but the order was not process or shipped from the warehouse until 12-24-08. I tried numerous times to speak to a rep but all I kept getting were automated services. When I would hold for a rep for 20 minutes each time I always got the runaround and given another number in which I would be on hold another 20 minutes. I had FedEx 2 day delivery. It is now the day after xmas and I still don't have the phones. I was told by a customer service rep that I was not lied to but that I was not told the whole truth. I informed the rep that i didn't want the phones now and I was told that it would take 30 days to refund the money to my credit card. This is frustrating!!! I could have gotten 2 phones anywhere. But you get what you pay for.
