Quite possibly, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with regarding customer service. The customer service phone line places you on hold, makes a please hold announcement, and keeps transferring you to hold announcements for five minutes. After five minutes, you are automatically disconnected and have to start over. I have spent hours (over the course of three days) trying to get through. It is impossible! November 26
