Piss poor customer service and customer appreciation

The worst cell carrier out anywhere. Sprint should be ashamed to be in America doing business. Horrible customer appreciation and even worst customer services. The bad part of it all is that, they could be the best with the unlimited affordable plans but, no they choose to lock you in to 24 months even when you have been a customer for 11 year. What stupid since does that make to keep pushing the point to lock me into these contracts when I am already showing that you are my choice of company.

If Verizon would be realistic with their prices they would dominate the market because, they have good customer service, new Freed phone every 18 months with the commitment and the best coverage. Sprint gives you a credit toward a phone and that is every 24 months. I was left on hold for 45 minutes last night and I just had to hang up; This was after asking to speak to a manager. They have the best priced plans but, it may be better to just pay more to go with someone who cares about and values their customer. It is official, sprint gets a PISS POOR rating when it comes to customer service and customer appreciation!
