I bought a WD1200 hard drive for a very reasonable price. It was DOA, I returned it the next day, and did not hear from Z-buy for two weeks, after several attempts to call and email. Finally, they informed me the HD was fully functional.
My technician called their technician, and they sent me back the same drive. And guess what! It didn't work. So I resent it back to them requesting a refund. That was two weeks ago.
I have a confirmed receipt signature filed. Their customer service line is available 10am to 4pm M-Fri (Eastern). The operators barely speak English if at all. They have an automated please hold message that picks up then you sit on hold for (shortest time I was on hold was 13 minutes) up to 37 minutes.
Then giving my RMA number to these people took another 10 minutes the more I ennunciated the less they understood. Ultimate frustration! And the complaint department sent me a dear john mailer with my RMA number on it. (Completely unhelpful).
Shoddy products, poor packaging, and the worse customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I do over $10,000.00 a year in computer/parts purchasing a year online. And I will never EVER do business with these clowns again.
