This involves case ID#XXXXXX and collection failure to collect court ordered child support and failure to enforce court order after 2 years of contact in person. On June 1 this company was contacted regarding my case and nonpayment of child support. There have been no enforcement actions taken against Charles Davis Crosby 2210 Branford, Florence, SC 29505 for failing to provide court ordered child support or court ordered health insurance; therefore failing terms of collection and contract. As of this date, nothing has been collected by Maximus Inc., no investigation has been conducted (other than information that I have provided to them), and no enforcement action against the party.
