They recycle old child support cases to keep their child support numbers up.in my case they created A COURT ORDER ON Maricopa, Tennessee. If Maximus Inc does not like persons telling the truth on their "dirty deeds" they should not do them. They steal men's monies then think that these men have no recourse. I have sent to Maximus Inc. Enough evidence to prove my case. However, then or now, there is no town of Maricopa, Tennessee or court, superior or otherwise. In 1998, Maximus/Child Support Enforcement created a case in which a mystical child was born. Notice of this action by Maximus/Child Support Enforcement of Tennessee was served via a package from Missouri CSE. Coincidentally, Missouri is another Maximus/CSE-controlled state. Enclosed in this package was a copy of a forged prenatal bill, a forged hospital bill, and a summons requiring me to appear in St. Louis County Superior Court to decide upon terms of child support. At this point the youngest child had been emancipated for the past 2 years and this was an apparent attempt to force payment for the next 18 years for a non-existent child. This appeared to be a "recycling" of the original 1991 case without providing justification for the action. I requested a DNA paternity test but that was immediately denied by Maximus/CSE in Tennessee on the basis that the "mother" would not allow a paternity test to be done. Eventually, I was able to avoid this obligation by proving to the Missouri Court that I could not have been anywhere near my ex wife at the time of the conception and the case was dismissed.
