Well on april 29th i paid my tmobile bill for 87.63 that day i decieded that i had enough of the lies and the rip offs i have had to deal with for that past year and a half not to mention the service is horrible everywhere i go there are tons of problems i had with the phone and service that never got resolved and mysteriously my any time minutes were used up even though i rarely used the phone application i only used the text and web services. I called and was told i would have my account canceled and my money posted on my bank account 72 hours from when i called on the 30th of april. I then recived nothing i called back again to see what the problem was and there was nothing on my account saying i ever called or asked for a refund! So i was LIED to so that i would get off the phone. The next person told me id have to wait ten days. The person after that said 15. Then the thrid time i called they said that they posted the money on my ccount that i would just have to wait a day or to to see it. Another lie. So i called to day the 16th of may!!! And they said im not entitlted to or eligiable for a refund. So why iwas i told and re assuserd that id have my money back if i wasnt getting anything to begin with. This company has made me pay for their mistakes in the past and i am no longer standing for it. I'll do what i have to, to get my money back and thats that!
