They took my money after I had canceled.
The first time I called they told me that I had not called and canceled that was 24 March. After a long wait and an a argument with the call center clerk they told me the refund would be in my bank. The second time I called to ask why the refund had not been posted I was told that it would take in 3-5 business days that was on 12 April. So I called them again on 20 Apirl because the money was still not their and was told it would take 10-12 business days. I called today 25 April and ask where the refund is and was told you mean it is not in the bank you need to check with them.
I had just gotten off the phone with my bank before I called. So I told them that and ask for the higher Headquarters number or e-mail address and was told that they don't give out personnel information like that. I was then told that the refund would take 12-15 days. This company needs to be stopped. They are stealing who knows how much money from many, many hard working people.
