I am (was) an avid user of Apple's iPhone and iTunes. While looking for Muhammad related applications, I came across an app which consisted solely of a book called "Muhammad: Prophet of Islam". How is this offensive? Well, maybe it was the fact that it was written by a colonial era British man, who was bent on defaming the most dear figure in Islam and converting Muslims to Christianity. I notified Apple three times, and even contacted the company which created the app. It remains to this day. I also searched iTunes for an audio book about Muhammad. Apple has the courtesy to sell audio books by Robert Spencer, probably one of the biggest anti-Muslim writers within the United States. Now tell me, if Apple sells anti-Muslim hate speech, why doesn't it also sell anti-semetic books? How come I don't see any racist books written by neo-nazis and the Ku Klux Klan? Until Apple sets its priorities straight, I will no longer buy anything from Apple.
