I've never heard of Apple. When I checked my bank statement, I saw that two unauthorized deductions had been made from my debit card acct. I looked Apple up online and found that there are numerous complaints regarding Apple's making unauthorized deductions. Check your bank statements for unauthorized deductions by Apple. If you call Apple to register your complaint, you will be shuttled around then be placed on hold for a VERY long time. Consider contacting the fraud department of your state's attorney general and your Better Business Bureau.
