I had the misfortune to be employed by this excuse for a company, for a total of 8 weeks and had an income of approx $500 for my efforts.
The initial training period was extremely intense and taught in a deliberately fragmented style. The class I trained with consisted of 19 individuals from a broad base of experiences and from all areas of North America. After completion of the training and during the first week of assignments, people started to quit. The whole group of 19 were gone after 12 weeks!
Intimidation is the ruling factor, you are never allowed to meet or talk socially with your superiors and the atmosphere they wish to generate is ultra formal, "Mr" or "Ms" is always used. Your superiors [Senexs} take advantage of calls when you are with the client and use these opportunities to belittle and berate, often using profanity. Your client is only party to your portion of the call, so it is impossible to respond.
Many of the clients do not realize the implications of the commitment[s] they are asked to make nor the difficulties in trying to terminate a contract. Even when a Executive Analyst 'sells' a contract there is no gaurantee of any income.
The implementation of consulting hours is at the mercy of Management Services group, who have their own agenda and must do all possible to upsell the contract, sometimes including intimidation
