On November 6 I signed a contract with Webstar International to sell my Timeshare. To date I recieved ZERO contacts from them or a prospective buyer. I have called them many times, just to get their voicemail, my emails were ignored. The TOTAL disregard for their clients is appalling.in 2008 I decided I needed to sell the Timeshare myself and I did.
The contract states in Section 4. B. That the CLIENT is due a full rebate, if CLIENT'S property is sold by CLIENT or any other entity to a PURCHASER that not generated via WEBSTAR or any of it's divisions, affiliates, partners or its websites, directly or indirectly, at the CLIENT'S original advertised price and up to 10% less.
The TOTAL disregard for their CLIENT'S that Webstar International has shown appears to be typical of their perfomance.
