Career Training Solutions Inc - CT Solutions Inc - CTS deceptive dishonest inconsistent misleading Baton Rouge Louisiana

A job board listed a medical biller position through what appeared to be a company called Offsite Employment Services. Offsite employment or telecommuting is what they promote that they can provide.."legitimate telecommuting positions". The add said training was "available but not mandatory".

A response to my resume requested I visit their website 'CTSOLUTIONSINC.net' and then call them. When I called they immediately asked if I was ready to enroll in their classes. I asked what was included in the job guarantee. The website says the job guarantee will be in writing and that you will receive at least one client. I was told that they no longer have job guarantees. I doubt that there ever were any. This is Oct. 2003 and they just started business March.

Their site states "the only institute nationwide that offers individuals the opportunity to telecommute without compromising pay rates or benefits". Per website, once you are employed "WITH CTS" 90 days your training costs will be reimbursed. I was told employment starts 2 weeks and a few days after the 3 1/2 month training. I was told they do have contracts with over 300 clients. One counselor said benefits are dependent on the client. Another counselor said benefits are through CTS and include a 401K, medical and dental. If they have over 300 clients why can't they provide the job guarantee their website says will be in writing? When training is complete who is employing you, cts or the client? Are there really benefits? Paid by cts or the client? Are they just in the business of trainng when they claimed training was not mandatory? If so why would they reimburse you for training?

outright dishonesty, disception and inconsistencies attacking people hungry for legitimate work. NO WORK HERE JUST COSTLY TRAINING that may or may not be reimbursed with no job guarantee at the end of training. We are all getting tired of people who are looking for money from those that are clearly looking for needed income!
