I am an ex-GSM Exec Analyst, out of the CA office... Employed by GSM as an Executive Analyst over then years ago. There are many many many ex-GSM employees out-there. I can see nothing has changed about the George S. May International Company in 80 years. From top to bottom, both inside and out, GSM is about nothing but rip-off.

The founder, George S May, figured it out in 1925 — what motivates people most is fear. He structured an organization based entirely on the principle that if you can create guilt in a person (client) you can motivate them into taking action based on their fear of a contrived outcome. Fear, it is THE oldest profession in the world.

Employees of GSM, at every level, are indoctrinated to follow that one simple principle of fear-motivation in their dealings with clients. The entire GSM organization is structured to support and lend resources to that principal.

Once a client has been successfully manipulated into believing he alone is guilty (of driving his company into the ground), he can then be manipulated into believing the only way out, and the only way to avoid total disaster, is to sign the "Implementation" contract.

Once signed, the client has demonstrated his willingness to be manipulated... He is a real sucker. The Implementation phase is nothing more than the flames of psychological manipulation being turned up while, simultaneously, the client's bank account is being drained by GSM as fast as possible. Why? It is a basic axiom - take it from the sucker before he spends it.

I did not survive long at GSM (about 6 months) because my personal integrity could not bridge the gulf between persuading clients to do the right thing and manipulating them to do the wrong thing. But, my experience was personally very rewarding. And because of that I will never forget just how powerful guilt and fear still really are, although completely false in every respect.

Business Owners. You built your business. If you need help, get real help. Don't give it all away to GSM - they can't help you.
