We bought a water heater at Lowe's in Quarry Square Milford and the "zone sales manager" said the coupon was not valid, that it had been used before, that it was a scam anyway. I thought this was a reputable web site, and I hope he was wrong. The bar code is 470003829651373, and exp. Date is 5/13. We persisted and he still refused, saying that these coupons are copied over and over, and that they are a big scam. I hope he's wrong, but I plan to complain to the attorney general.
