The Salesman lied. He said the installers were employees of the company not subcontractors. They are subcontractors. The salesman said if there were any problems to call him, and he'd call right back. He never returned any calls. The installers had a window of three hours to get here. After three hours, and a no show, they never called to say they were going to be late. The installers messed up my wiring for the garage door opener. It worked fine prior to them, and didn't when they left. I fixed it myself. The installers were very rude on the phone when I asked them when they were going to show up. I took a discount of 10% on my own for the total bill, no one at their office was available to discuss the problem on a Saturday, and then I was threatened by their management with a lean on my house. Yes, it's the cheapest price, and the rudest and most hateful service.
