These people are simply inept. Money order was given at installation mid December and never posted to my acct. After numerous calls in an attempt to have an accurate statement, was told that it takes 6-8 weeks to post a money order payment. Really. After many more calls to customer service and being given a "post payment request number", I later find out that service is being disrupted. Really. You have not posted my money order payment or lost it, and now you're disrupting my service. Had to finally fax a copy of my money order over so that they could "investigate my money order payment", so it could be could be credited to my acct. I sure do hope that I have spoken to customer svc for the last time, but I'm not going to hold my breath that I have finally gotten things resolved. And as far as disrupting my service... I told the representative that I thought that would be a good idea!!! Please do me that favor!!
