On May 1 I went to pick up a prescription and was told they were almost 500 prescriptions ahead of me and they had no idea when mine would be ready. I asked what was the reason of the back load. Was told the only had one man working because the other Pharmacist had been pulled off for "training". On the 1st, while I waited, only one in about 4 or 5 was able to pick up their meds. We were all told to come back later. Not a real option for everyone. I returned on may 2 and did get the medication. A new procedure was in place. Now the Pharmacist has to stop what he is doing to bag up the medications and personally hand them to us. Please give me a break. They are over 400 prescriptions behind and HE has to bag. Please. If customer service really mattered they would hire more help not bog down the people they do have.
