Misleading television advertisements saturated late night claiming free computer training lessons.
Video Professor Titles include three lessons each! Only two are free the third will cost you an outrages fee of $69.99 if not returned with an authorization number or canceled within ten days of receiving you first "FREE" lesson.
This information is casually mentioned in the program and warranty information booklet (wich is cleverly designed to not get your attention) included with your discs.
If you fail to respond within the 10 day trial period Video Professor will conveniently bill your credit card the fee of $69.95 and will continue to send additional titles once a month and contue billing your credit card 69.95 for each title.
They also make it very difficlut to contact them in person or by e-mail. If you do manage to stop this madness and do receive a credit it will be less the non refundable 6.95 per program!
