Mailed a contract, real officiall looking, contracted stated t5hat if time share was not sold in six months the money woul;d be refunded. They had buyers lookinmg for a time share in this particular area. Signed contract and returned it. Six months passed followed instructions in contract wrote and ask for the refund that would be refunded if time share was not sold, sent a second request. Nothing. This is the same as grand larceny, robbery the thief will use a weapon these use LIES. Just plain Lies. They have no intention of returning the requested good faith payment. Honest is a word not in their vocabulary. I can not under stand why the state of Florida would allow such criminal activity. These thieves did not even have the decency to e-mail and said we screwed you, and many others.
