In July I contracted with DBA Marketing to sell my Time Share. They gave me much information on the company and phones numbers and addresses I could contact to comfirm the legity of the company. All the persons I talked to gave good reports so I contracted with DBA Unlimited Marketing for a fee of $986.00 to be refunded if the Time Share did not sell after one year. The Marketing Executive that signed my contract was Matthew Herbb. For a few weeks the company and Mr. Herbb stayed in contact with me. After a year and the Time Share did not sell I attempted to contact this company on several occassions. The Phone number and fax number on my contract are not working numbers. The email for this company does not exist any longer either. I do not know where to go from here to contact the company and get my promised refund.
