The salesman at Realty Trade siad that if they didn't get a buyer, at an agreed upon price, in 6 moths for my time share they would refund the full amount. After hearing nothing for 5 months I then received an e-mail concerning the aforementioned. However, in order to find out what the offer was I had to agree (beforehand) to accept the terms and conditions: which read" upon electronic notification of the initial off, this contract will be considered fulfilled in its entirety". Never opened the offer but did request (in writing) a full refund. It was denied.
