Don't build your website with Intuit - Intuit Websites

I have a company website through VistaPrint which has served me well for quite some time now. I saw the ads for Intuit (from the makers of Quickbooks) for their web site services and was attracted to many features they offered that Vista Print did not. I figured it would take me, at most, a couple of days to design a new website, so before I was billed for my VP site, I cancelled and signed up with Intuits service. It was much more difficult to use, and the extra feature were just simply not worth it. It was far too time consuming to use.intuits site building tools were terrible. After my site being down for almost a month I was thinking I should go back to VistaPrint, but thought I would try to finish the site I started with Intuit just to see how it goes. Before I knew it I was past the 30 day free trial and got billed. That was my own fault for not cancelling earlier. But as soon as I got billed, instead of using that month that I had just paid for I went ahead and cancelled and decided to go back to using Vista Print, which I will stay with. I had my site back up and doing buisiness in less that 4 hours.
I went online to my account for Intuit and found where I needed to go to close the site and cancel the account and did so.

The next month they tried to bill me, but there was not enough money in that account to cover it so it was declined, but I did contact Intuit through their help tickets and told them I had cancelled the account and that they should not be billing me. They never responded. A monnth later they are billing me again and took money from my credit card that I was supposed to be using for something else and now I can't because of this and it is costing me to lose money because it is delaying a major piece of equipment I need to do a job.

I tried to call them, but they give you phone menu after phone menu that you have to navigate through and then they finally tell you they do not understand your response and tell you to visit the website (which wasn't working either) and then they disconnect you.
After writing in a few more help tickets over the last couple of days, I finally got a response and they are telling me that they are not going to refund that money to me and that I have to call them to cancel that they cannot do it for me via the help ticket. What's the difference? I tried cancelling online and that doesn't work, I tried calling and that doean't work because you can't get a human on the phone and if you if you are persistant then you get disconnected.
Their customer service is the worst and when I did get a response it was very rude and they think that they don;t have to refund MY money that they took from my account AFTER I cancelled the service AND told them again to cancel AFter they charged me.
I know I cancelled online by going into my account, but for whatever reason it did not go through, even though I have a confirmation email and they act like they have the right to continue taking my money from my account and not give me a refund when it was cancelled and then they were informed that it was cancelled and not to take any more payments out.

They are now stealing from me, plain and simple.
DO NOT try Intuit/Homestead? Quickbooks website service. You will be sorry!
Luckily, I host a TV show that over half of Kentucky watches and I will be making hundreds of thousands of people aware of the kind of business Intuit is running. Not to mention that we will also soon be webcasting a few live shows that millions around the world will be seeing, so I can spread the word even further!
I am not trying to get a refund from the first month when I forgot to cancel before the 30 day free trial was up, I just want the money back that they charged me AFTER I cancelled everything and after they tried to charge me again and AFTER I contacted them and told them to not bill me anymore that it was cancelled and they needed to close it out permanently.
