Intuit advertizes a 30 day free trial period. Do not fall for it. The card was charged $89 dollars the 1st month. I cancalled via internet and then phone to confirm the SAME DAY I SIGNED UP FOR IT. It was supposed to be $20 if you waited past the 30 days. I waited about 20 minutes after I signed up and cancalled both accounts online, then on the phone. They are claiming I set up 2 accounts and agreed to a McAffee virus protection plan that tagged on to the outrageous total and never cancalled. I have argued with them countless times over the phone and contacted Visa. It's still being disputed. You may not think a company as big as Intuit would be like this, but trust me. They are. I get Indian sounding Customer Service Reps and I am unsure but I think Homestead is the real culprit here.intuit probably works thru Homestead because they do not want to take responsiblity for all the credit card fraud complaints and tarnish their image.
