I received the promotion checks to pay off higher credit cards. I called to check on my credit bal and to get all information on how to pay off using these checks on my other higher credit cards balances. I would be chg a fee for the transfer and the check. They never said that each month I would get chg $8.19 again and again monthly bal transfer and 3 promotional interest chgs of $1.22, @$2.11 and $14.42. I called them and this is what they told me. They would stop these chgs once the acct was paid in full.
