When I first got my magic jack it did not work right. Now after the third month of not working right I saw where it said to switch phones. Well I went from cordless to landline and now my phone is working. I hate having it on my laptop though. And having to lug around my computer to talk on the phone. But, I will be renewing for the following year. I love not having to pay a phone bill.
