Dear Sirs, On April 3rd I purchsed 4 Ebooks from you company Barnes and Noblenot unknowing your sytem is not compatible with my computer or my reader. I could not see or missed seeing the compatible part. I amvery upset cause this is just throwing away my money on somethingI cannot even use or keep. Cant read it cant see it, nothing. And your Digital Department advised they could not do anyting about it due to right on the book. But they fail to see that I cant even open to read it.
I would like my account credited back for the 4 ebooks. Just not right that!!!
