I received two shipments from this company, the first one was substituted and they said they would resend free of charge, they did not, the second shipment, one item was an unsuitable subststitue, and one wig head was not shipped so they owe me three wigs and wig head which was all charged to my credit card. Also the wig sprays had broken open and leaked, sticking to everything. My e-mails were being returned to me from their sales department and when I finally got an answer from [email protected], I was told not to write any more.
