I was an employee at Wendys and we had these key tags taht we ere selling. And the DM manager Karl Chambers stated that who ever sold the most key tags he would give fifthy dallors he made it out of a contest. So I sold the most key tags and was told that after the last was sold I would be given fifthy dallors. So after they was sold I approached him about my money. A few days later I was fired for draw shortage poor performance and voids. Usually if your draw is short your allowed to pay it back, Ive never had complaints of rudeness, and the voids was no fault of mine it was because product wasn, t ready and people asked for thier money back. So when I turned in my uniforms I was told that I could come get the money that following Saturday. Every time I call he tells me he has to verify with the other manger Ms, Shelia to see if I sold the most, I was told by her that she left him letter verifying That I sold the most. Yet he still refuses to give me the fifthy dallors and keep given me the run around. I am at witts end and feel its unfair that he won, t give me the monies promised to me and I don, t know what else to do. So I am writing this complaint with some hopes of being able to collect the money that was promised to me for this in store contest.
