I returned a pair of jeans my girlfriend purchased for a Christmas gift in December as I do not prefer Low Rise Jeans. Upon returning the Sales Associate (later find out she was the Manager) gave us the same size jeans, non low rise. After bringing them on our vacation and trying them on I noticed she had given us a different pair of Low Rise Jeans, not much different from the first pair. When returning a second time, she refused the return stating there were no tags. I informed her that I trusted what she had given me and took the tags off prior to traveling. She then stated that all they sold were Low Rise Jeans and refused my return. She also refused to give me her Managers name saying "I am the Manager". She then moved a bag off of the counter and pointed to their return Policy stating tags must be on the merchandise. I informed her that the tags were on the original return item and that if she had sold me the proper jeans the second time, this would not be an issue. When asked if they had a "Sales Policy", she quipped they do not.

I am an avid shopper at Marciano and Guess and would never return to either store after the poor sales and service I have received at that store and from that manager.
