Their trick is to advertise motorcycles at a good price usually on autotrade.co.uk when you phone to check on the bike details they mislead you one the condition of the bike, but require a deposit to hold the bike. When I turned up to look at the bike it was nothing like the advertised condition, and I therefore demanded a refund of the deposit as required under UK Distance selling regulations. They said they would make the refund, but it never arrived. Many phone calls and emails did not see a refund, and the staff became very rude.in fact they were very rude even before I requested a refund. I followed the letter of the law, and could take court action, but their use of multiple trading names would likely make this pointless. A clever trick, which is not obvious, as the published name, Highline Motorcycles, is not the name used to take the funds from my account using VISA.
