I received a letter stating i owed verizon $198.00. I asked for a detailed report showing the dates and ammounts. I was given the name Jacqueline Major as the customer care rep. I called to speak to her and was given the run around. The phone number she gave me was not hers. I will not accept their claim without a detailed report showing unpaid bills. I pay all my bills the minute i receive them. I can not reach this Jacqueline Major. I am totally disgusted with Verizon, they will direct your queries to departments that do not answer your questions. They are masters of confusion.
