Bealls of Tampa Florida manager & upper mgmt has no customer loyalty

The offer from Bealls was for $10 for every $50 you spend. I spent over $200 and received a $40 coupon. Great, however I can only use the coupon for 3 days starting 8/20 - 8/22. I'm on a cruise from 8/19 - 8/23 therefore I cannot use it. I had no idea about only being able to use it 3 days and the clerk didn't tell me. I read it when I got home and returned to the store to see if I could come in on 8/23 and use it. The sales rep and manager could care less and just said no. I ask if they cared if I returned my $200 purchase and they said it's up to me. No customer service or loyalty here at all. I then called home office and the rep on the phone acts as if I'm crazy for calling as it's a "Store issue". I said, this is a corporation, right? She took my info. I then emailed home office and after 3 days I've still not heard from them. I've been a loyal customer of Bealls for 20 years and have a Bealls charge card too. I will never return to Bealls and I will send them their credit card with a zero balance, never to use it again. Just a little common sense would've been nice.
