Not following through on refund approval

As soon as I saw a withdrawal on my checking account from this company before my 14 day trial was over, I called to cancel. They said I would receive my money by check in 4-6 weeks. I have called several times and was told to e-mail customer service. I sent a couple e-mails to customer service with NO resonse. It has now been 7 weeks, and I still have not received my money.
