I ordered a trial of colnx from the internet, and gave my debt card for the shipping. The next day i received a call from the company wanting me to sign up. I told them i was not interested.
I received the trial, then three weeks later I received another bottle I did not order. Another bottle I told them I did not want, on Sept 3 $89.89 dollars was taken from my account, and the account promtly bounced.
I returned there 2nd bottle, they received it on Sept 18. I called and I was told I would have to wait 2-4 weeks for my money to be returned to my account. I called 2 or 3 more times I was told I would have to wait. So I did.
On Oct 19 I called and ask were my money was, not telling me before they stated they tried to return the money to my account but were unable to for some reason. Know i'm told when I called on the Oct 19 they would send a check in the mail. I waited until Oct 28 to call and inform them I had not received my money. I was then told a check would be sent to me in 2 to 3 days. They don't like to give there names, but always want to know who you spoke with. And of course you don't know.
And there is never a supervisor there for you to speak with.
