Have 2 pages of e-mailing them and was suppose to recive a refund check after 4 weeks, have e-mail them twice since the 4 weeks are up and no responds. Ordered a small bottle of this product did not a

Please send us the unopened item to the below stated address
and make sure the RMA number is clearly displayed both on the
outside of the package as well as the inside. Please allow
between 2-4 weeks for your refund to be processed.
