Ordered Acai (free sample) along with that came a free bottle of Colnx (which I did not need) then in Oct and Nov they sent another bottle. Then I called on Nov. 12,09 and received an RMA #to return the 2 bottles. I have the postal receipt. I called on Dec. 11th and was told pkg was received and check would be mailed on Dec. 17th (not received by bank credit or check) Sent e-mails to them - no answer. Never a manager to talk to. I am turning it over to my lawyer. A very bad company.
