I ordered one Magic Jack and a2-year coverage on 3/3/10. On 3/4/10 $184 was removed from my account.
There is no phone number to contact anyone.
I went thru their "live chat" multiple times, they refused a phone number or any contact information, insisted it didn't happen, refused a fax number so I could prove it, and ultimately "hung up" (disconnected) on me.
They also patently refused to provide a detailed accounting of the $184 because they insisted it never happened!
