They were misleading and extremly rude

I recently visited Branson on a family vacation. My family and I were browsing the Branson mall when we were stopped by a woman at the show ticket booth she was friendly asking how long we had been in town and if we came often we answered her questions and proceded to try to leave when she stoped us and asked us if we would be interested in touring Bransons Nantucket in exchange for a free $100.00.
I said no thanks and tried to leave agin she then offered us a $100.00 and a free 2 night 3 day vacation if we would just go on this 90 minute tour of a new resort that was going up in Branson.
So we stoped and visited with her for a few minutes I asked why anyone would pay us to visit thier resort and how long the comapany had been in town. Since my husband and I had been in town aproximently 5 times in the last 4 years we had already been talking about finding a place to stay by the lake so the offer was appealing. I told the woman that I wouldn't mind trying it in June when we came back but that I didn't want to spend the last day of my vacation touring a resort we had a long drive home and we excused ourselves.
At this point the woman says look if you will go we will give you the $100.00, the free trip and a free 30 dollar coupon book. So my husband says ok lets just go ahead and go this trip. We paid the woman 20 bux for our spot on the tour.
The next morning we show up at 10 am for the tour we are the only ones present when I ask why the woman that was supposed to be our tour guide says oh we were packed yesterday this is our off day so we continue into a small dining room.
The sales woman serveral times all but orders us to send our children to a very small play room off of the side of the room we were in after her several requests I relent and let them go to speed things up.
She starts asking about the weather where we live our weater its snowed or not I asked a few questions about the resort and she kept changing the subject back to the weather or my children.
Finally after 30 minutes or so of this she calls a man over with a wave of her hand and he sits down and matter of factly says it costs 75 thousand dollars to buy into this company and we are not giving you a free vacation and he gets up and walks away behind us.
I was totally stuned at his abruptness and ask the woman if this company was a time share the woman tells me that i have said several times that I didn't want to be there. Though I may have been thinking this at this point I had never spoken it. She then ushers us to a small room and the man gives us a 20 dollar check I told the woman I feel like you all are kicking us out why is that? She said no he is doing you a favor you don't want to be here.
I felt that the way they treated us was extremly rude and this company offers you all kinds of free stuff to come see them and then they decide weather you are rich enough once you get there and if they don't think you are they are rude and pretty much just kick you out.
I am a married mother of two and I make almost 20 thousand more then what they asked me to in order to even visit thier resort My home is paid for and so are my vehicles. I don't owe money anywhere and I have perfect credit. I belive that this company rips people off and by the questions I was asking decided that we were not good canidents for thier line of bull and abruptly ended our tour because of it.
You should definately be aware of buying into this company and of taking your children there. Good luck to all that have already bought into thier line of Bs.
