Southern Management Systems
Violates the law repeatedly. Anyone in for a class action suit?

I received a notice about a debt I do not owe from Southern Management Systems.in response, I wrote them a letter requesting that they do not attempt to contact by my telephone at all. They continue to call both my home phone and my work. This violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and is clearly illegal. Obviously, in reading all the other reports about this company, both on this site and with the Better Business Bureau, this company continually breaks the law. Is there anyone interested in sueing them besides me?
