I check my bank account periodically and this morning when I checked it was over drawn by $187.43 I was very upset because they had charged me for 3 fees instead of one...

My balance was $950.29 on Monday and I had a $543.00 debit that was subtracted which left me a balance of $407.29, a pending debit of $17.58 (bal $389.71), a pending debit of $62.25 (bal $327.46) and a pending debit of 12.89 which would leave my balance at $314.57 (this is the amount that showed available in my acct). I wrote out 2 checks one to my savings acct for $300.00 which cleared and my balance was $14.57 and then I had a check to my Church for $100.00 which left me with a negative balance of -$86.00.instead of me receiving one fee of -$34.00 they charged me $102.00 in fees because they put the checks through first and the pending debits through last. I called customer service and expressed how unfair their method was and it only hurts the customer by panelizing them triple times for one mistake. The customer service rep and their supervisor were not sympathetic to my situation and instead of saying as a courtesy they will adjust my account of at least two of the fees, she said "YES you have been a customer with us along time but thats all the more reason why you should know that's the way we do business, we process checks first and the more larger checks will go first"... in return I choose to close my account and take my business else where, in hopes that someone else will value me as a customer and not look for potential flaws so they can get extra fees.
