So he had this business established under his mother's name Anna Phelps to hide this fact from the banks, like Chase Bank whom he is currently using now. This is to warn ANYONE out there that if buy ANYTHING from this company, you risk being ripped off. They are NOT a reputable business and their website is so full of lies and deception. They also make wild statements of philanthropic involvement, which has recently been investigated and as it stands, NO such donation can be verified. If this is in fact false, then any monies collected during the advertised statements of donation are not documented by the charities as stated was stolen and makes this company even more a fraud.
By the way Steve, Your company still is not answering the phones are speaking to customers concerning the total lack of service. I called three times today and left messages for someone to return my call. Amazingly enough, I called Coastside Services again today, because you NEVER return our calls, your "UNAFFLIATED" spa service company and Charles answered HIS phone as he always has for me. He told me that he has terminated his services with you for non-payment. Really? You don't even pay your most valuable asset? His company has been the only one that ever gave any straight answers or made any attempt to help, even if the answers were, "Sorry no parts are available and I have no date from Steve Barbarich when the parts from China will even arrive. You, Steve have done nothing but lie to us from the very beginning. Your websites are choking us with the lies.

Anyone reading this, do not think for a moment that the information on these pages is coming from one single person. I represent every single customer who has had business dealings with choosedirect in purchasing an island escape spa or any other product that they bought that was defective, substandard and sought a simple resolution. Choosedirect simply chooses to ignore, bad mouth, disrepsect their customers in the hopes they simple go away. Refunds - never, cancel an order? Sure, at a ridiculous fee! Arrives damaged?
