Telemarketers convinced me that they were a reputable debt relief help company. Sales girls repeatedly said our conversation was being recorded. They informed me their advisors knew how to work with credit card (cc) companies to get results. They told me if their company's advisor (which was Richard Davis) could not lower my (cc) interest rates (while I sent in my NORMAL payments) while saving me $4000.00 that their company GUARANTEED to refund my money. On the invoice sent to me, it is written that should Express Debt Elimination fail to show a minimum savings of $4,000.00 on your financial plan, you will be entitled to a refund. What financial plan? There was no mention of any financial plan from the sales girls. Company needs to listen to the tapes, since they are recorded because, again, it is not the agreement explained by the telephones sales girls. I told them I needed to talk to my husband, and they assured me that every thing was being recorded, like they could not lie because they were being recorded. The sales girls said, if we can't lower them, you will still get $500 towards gas. I never signed and returned their invoice sent to me along with all kinds of other stuff not related to debt relief. They couldn't lower them $4000.00.tiff Chancellor, a board member of this company had the audacity to accuse me of falsifying a letter from Discover credit card. Discover had written me a letter stating that since they had already lowered my (cc) rate within the last 12 months, they would not be able to lower them again as requested when Richard Davis, one of the company's advisor and myself spoke with the cc companies by phone. She called me and stated: "if you hang up on me again, you will not get a refund." I wrote a letter to Valerie Lawrence, a board member of this company. (Both the letters were sent return receipt requested. I have both my green slips. She has not responded. How sad this company is to take $1,295.00 from me while I was being deceived thinking they might could help me with cc relief & if they couldn't, they guaranteed my money back. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. This company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. I'm still not through with this company. Next, I'll write my district representative and governor of Georgia and Tennessee.
