In October I bought a set of Uniden phones from buymebuyme.com.in Janurary one of the phones malfunctioned. I called the company and by recording was told to go to their request support online to get service. I set up a request for a replacement phone on the request support site. No one got back to me right away. I posted another request on the thread. Finally someone got back to me with instructions on how and where to return the phone. I did this on January 29. I waited about 10 business days and then emailed buymebuyme.com to find out where my replacement phone was. No word back. I emailed them through the web site, the request site and left posts on the request support thread. Nothing. Finally someone e mails me with a UPS tracking number. One week later, still no replacement phone. I check the tracking number with UPS and am told that number only meant something was billed, not sent. I tried to call buymebuyme.com, but can't get anyone on the phone. For the past week I've been e mailing them through the main web page, request page and leaving messages on the request thread, but no one is getting back to me at all. I don't know what to do.
