Sent defective product and will not reply to my return requests

I bought two Personal Alcohol Detectors ("breathalyzers") from this company. I paid around $70 for them, plus shipping. I received them on time.

Neither of them were the brand I ordered. Neither of them worked. I gave them as gifts, and only found out later that they did not work. I am only able to return one because the packaging was lost for the other one.

I contacted the company for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The company has not responded to my emails.
