I was billed for a late fee when my payment was sent online by my bank on 2/8 and the payment was due 2/12, and late fee as a date of 2/13, Chase should of had my payment before that date.
This was a new account number because my old account had been compromised in January of which may have been some of the problem, as well as with the winter snow storms also.
I have been a very faithful customer to Chase Bank and I beleive they are out to make all the easy money they can put in their pockets, they shouldn't be a member of Wall Street but of Highway Robbery Ave.
