None known Purchase for goods was made, never received anything, no refund

Made purchase for knives using credit card, never received shippment. Constantly told item was backorded. Cancelled order, but never received credit. Communication made to company for credit was never carried out although they continually said I would get a refund check. Continuing to pursue credit; do not order anything from these people. Someone should be arrested here.
