Is a ripoff! Charged credit card but never sent goods or refund.infomercial ripoff!

In June I ordered 2 sets of knives and a knife holder by phone after seeing their infomercial on TV. They charged my credit card $174.60 on June 24. I never received the knives after giving them plenty of time.

So I called on August 5th and spoke a customer service guy named Antonio, who apologized and said the order was never sent and that he would send it out right then.

I called again on September 5th because the merchandise still had not come. I spoke to a rep named John who transfered me to Antonio, but his voice mail said that he was out. (That was a Friday.)

So I called again on Tuesday September 9th and spoke to Ed. I told Ed to cancel the merchandise order because it was too late to give them as wedding gifts, and to give me a refund on my charge card. He apologized and said OK and that it would take 8 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on my card.

It never did. So on November 11 I called again and spoke to Alex who apologized and said that he would put through my credit and that it would be 3 to 5 business days. Guess what. No credit.

I called my credit card company in early December, but they said that they can't do anything about it because it was more than 60 days from the date of the transaction.

So Miracle Blade has stolen my $174.60 With all the runaround, it is obvious that they never had any intention of sending the merchandise or crediting my charge card.
