I ordered a SOG multi-tool from these people on-line 2-8-10, I got an email saying the order was accepted and my CC was charged. The next day (2-9-10) I received another e-mail saying the item was backordered. That same day (2-9-10) I called The Blade Shop and cancelled the order. On 2-10-10, the credit card showed the transaction was complete and I was charged for a cancelled order. I then called and was told that the order was cancelled and it would be 10-14 days before the credit showed up on the credit card. Now it has been 14 days, and no credit has shown up, hence this complaint. I have called The Blade Shop everyday this past week, and every time am reassured that a credit will be forthcoming in 10-14 days. I advise people to avoid business with The Blade Shop. My next step will be to dispute the charge with my CC company, which as everyone knows who has done this, it is a pain in the butt.
