Called Kyle Kinnett and asked if he had some tickets for the 2010 Super Bowl - he confirmed that he did - I wired him over $30,000.00 -He called me back to let me know he had received my money and I asked him to send me a scanned image of my tickets - he sent the email and said he would deliver my tickets via FedEx on Saturday - I called on Saturday after realizing my tickets weren't there and his new excuse was he couldn't find them - well bottom line he didn't have the tickets nor could he produce them, Once I became aware of what his game was I demanded a refund - he refused. After many phone calls he agreed to try to make it right by sending me my tickets and an additional pair for free to make up for my iinconvenience - needless to say it DID NOT happen - buyers be ware of this scam artist - he takes your money and uses it for inventory and then sells off YOUR tickets to the highest bidder... - I have filed a complaint with the Indiana State Attorney Generals office, and am exploring all criminal actions that can be taken as it involves Federal Commerce Fraud - This guy is a TOOL, and a CROOK and will steal from you!!!
